What is Laser Hair Therapy?

The RX 8500 uses only true laser diodes which increase circulation and cellular metabolism. The process of cells absorbing and utilizing light energy is known as photobiomodulation. Hair Growth Cycle and Laser Therapy
Anagen Phase or Growth Phase. Approximately 85% of all hairs are in the growing phase at any one time. The RX 8500 laser therapy provides energy for cellular health and proper growth which produces stronger, healthier and fuller hair.
Catagen Phase or Transitional Phase. During the Catagen phase the hair follicle shrinks to about 1/6 of the normal length. The RX 8500 laser therapy can increase the cellular health of the dermal papilla as it breaks away to rest and assist it to be more prepared for the Telogen cycle. Laser therapy stimulates growth of thicker, healthier hair.
Telogen Phase or Resting Phase. During this time (5-6 weeks) the hair does not grow but stays attached to the follicle while the dermal papilla stays in a resting phase below. Approximately 10-15 percent of all hairs are in this phase at any one time. The RX 8500 laser therapy stimulates the hair root for the new growth cycle.
